A new and distinct cultivar of Impatiens plant named ‘Dongipetpiswi’ characterized by its relatively compact, upright to outwardly spreading and mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; dense and full appearance; medium to dark green-colored leaves; freely and early flowering habit; medium to large-sized two-tone purplish pink and light purplish pink-colored flowers; and good garden performance.
