A new and distinct cultivar of Impatiens plant named ‘Dongimagpuwhi’ characterized by its upright to outwardly spreading and uniformly mounding plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; glossy and dark green to dark greyed green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; large flowers with cordate-shaped petals that are bright white in color; and good garden performance.
