A new and distinct cultivar of Neoregelia plant named ‘Magnifica’, characterized by its upright and outwardly arching growth habit; leaves that are yellowish white in color with distinct medium green-colored stripes and dark-green margins; upper leaves, proximally, rosy red in color; and good interiorscape and landscape performance.
