A new and distinct cultivar of Nelumbo plant named ‘Zhijiang Qiuyue’, characterized by its upright plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; large medium green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; and large pale yellow and green white-colored plated globose-shaped flowers that are positioned above the foliar plane on moderately strong and erect peduncles.
