A new and distinct Nandina cultivar named ‘TWILIGHT’ is disclosed, characterized by distinctive pink, white and green foliage, which changes color with maturity. Plants have unique pink colored stems and petioles on new growth. The new cultivar is a Nandina , suitable for ornamental garden purposes.
