Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar of miniature shrub Rose plant named ‘ALTtictac’ is disclosed, characterized by distinctive pink and white striped flowers, blooming continuously from spring to autumn. Plants are dwarf and compact, with dark, glossy foliage exhibiting good resistance to blackspot disease and powdery mildew. The new variety is normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.
