A new and distinct variety of x Miltonidium plant named ‘CAMBIMWIK’, particularly characterized by having dark red, flecked flowers with a large red-purple and white lip, 1-2 peduncles that are medium long and moderate, leaves that are lanceolate and elongated, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture is disclosed.
