A new and distinct cultivar of Mandevilla plant named ‘QD-94’, characterized by its compact and upright plant habit; freely branching habit; dense and bushy appearance; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; and bright purplish pink-colored flowers with bright yellow-colored centers that are held beyond the foliar plane.
