Abstract

A new and distinct Mandevilla plant named ‘PATMANROS3’ which is characterized by an upright and freely branching growth habit, an abundance of dark green foliage, flowers with a white outer floral tube, very light red-purple flower petals that become progressively darker towards and at the margins, a dark red-purple to orange-red inner floral tube, as well as the stability of these characteristics from generation to generation.
