A new and distinct Mandevilla cultivar named ‘MOGI ONE’ is disclosed, characterized by short internodes, deep red flowers, glossy foliage, and rapid growth. Flowering begins early. Plants are vigorous and flower abundantly. The new variety is a Mandevilla , typically produced as an indoor ornamental plant.
