A new and distinct cultivar of Mandevilla plant named ‘Inmanpijew’ characterized by its upright and vining plant habit; low vigor to moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; moderately glossy dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; light red purple-colored flowers with yellow-colored centers surrounded by a darker red purple-colored ring; and relative tolerance to low temperatures.
