A new and distinct cultivar of Mandevilla plant named ‘Inmanbemag’, characterized by its compact to medium in size, broadly upright plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit and moderate growth rate; freely branching habit; dense and bushy appearance; dark green-colored leaves; early and freely flowering habit; dark red-colored flowers with reddish orange-colored throats; and flowers than typically do not sunscald under high light conditions.
