A new and distinct Magnolia cultivar named ‘JURmag4’ is disclosed, characterized by having an upright, fastigiate habit., dark pink petals, controlled growth without pruning, star shaped flowers and profuse flowering. The new variety is a Magnolia, normally produced as a small ornamental tree.
