A new and distinct cultivar of Lavandula plant named ‘Anouk Deluxe 201908’, characterized by its compact, broadly upright and uniformly mounded plant habit; freely branching growth habit; dense and bushy appearance; freely flowering habit; dark purple-colored flowers with showy lighter purple-colored terminal flower bracts positioned on short, strong and erect peduncles; and good garden performance.
