A new and distinct cultivar of Lantana plant named ‘Dolanhavacher’, characterized by its upright and mounding plant habit; vigorous growth habit and moderate growth rate; freely branching growth habit; dense and bushy plant form; dark green-colored leaves; early and freely flowering habit; long flowering period; large flowers that are initially yellow in color becoming red purple in color with development; and good garden performance.
