A new and distinct Lantana cultivar named ‘DANTAN31’ is disclosed, characterized by low fruit production and intensely yellow single color inflorescence. The new variety has a compact and spreading habit and small leaves. The new variety is a Lantana , normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.
