A new and distinct Lagerstroemia cultivar named ‘SMLIPINK102’ is disclosed, characterized by vibrant pink blooms, appearing early in the season. Plants have a compact stature and are very floriferous. The new variety is a Lagerstroemia , normally used for ornamental horticulture purposes.
