A new and distinct cultivar of Lagerstroemia plant named ‘PIILAG B4’, characterized by its compact, rounded intermediate growth habit, reddish purple new growth, lustrous dark green foliage in summer, purplish pink flowers, and resistance to powdery mildew and Cercospora leaf spot.
