A new and distinct cultivar of Lagerstroemia plant named ‘PIILAG B3’, characterized by its compact, rounded intermediate growth habit, reddish purple new growth, lustrous dark green foliage in summer, fuchsia-pink flowers, and resistance to powdery mildew and Cercospora leaf spot.
