Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of Lagerstroemia plant named ‘HOCH631’ is disclosed, characterized by red-purple flowers, and black foliage. Plants are upright in form and produce new flowers and flower buds throughout Summer. The new variety is a Lagerstroemia , normally used for outdoor ornamental purposes.
