A new and distinct cultivar of Kalanchoe plant named ‘Fikalpiton’, characterized by its compact, upright and uniformly mounded plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; moderately freely branching plant habit; glossy dark green-colored leaves; uniform, early and freely flowering habit; large light red and orange bi-colored flowers; and excellent postproduction longevity.
