A new cultivar of Impatiens plant named ‘Tamar Cherry Red’ that is characterized by large deep red flowers, more branching, and earlier flowering. In combination, these traits set ‘Tamar Cherry Red’ apart from all other existing varieties of Impatiens known to the inventor.
