A distinct cultivar of Ilex plant named ‘HL10-90’, characterized by its columnar and compact growth habit; short internodes and very freely branching habit; dense and bushy plant habit; shiny dark green-colored leaves; large dark red-colored drupes; long-lasting red coloration; and hardy to USDA Hardiness Zone 6.
