A new and distinct cultivar of Hydrangea plant named ‘SMNHPH’ is disclosed, characterized by thick foliage, a compact plant habit and thick stems. Inflorescences mature to an attractive deep, rich pink. The new variety is a Hydrangea , normally produced as an ornamental plant.
