Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of Hydrangea plant named ‘SMNHSI’ is disclosed, characterized by floriferous plants producing mophead and lacecap inflorescences with double whorled flowers. Plants are strong rebloomers, and cold hardy to USDA Zone 4. The new variety is a Hydrangea, normally produced as an ornamental plant.
