A new and distinct cultivar of Hydrangea plant named ‘SMNHPRZEP’, characterized by its upright and somewhat outwardly spreading plant habit; strong and sturdy stems; freely flowering habit; showy inflorescences with sterile flowers that are initially white in color and becoming hot pink to red in color; and good garden performance.
