A new and distinct cultivar of Hydrangea plant named ‘SMNHPK’ is disclosed, characterized by a unique dwarf size, and attractive, well-shaped habit. Panicles changing color with maturity, creating long term ornamental interest. The new variety is a Hydrangea , normally produced as an ornamental plant.
