A new cultivar of Hydrangea macrophylla plant named ‘Perla59361’ that is characterized by its compact plant habit, its terminal and axillary inflorescences, its inflorescences with sterile sepals that are deep red-pink in color with white margins, its early flowering, and its high resilience in warm and sunny growing conditions.
