Abstract
A new and distinct cultivar of Hydrangea plant named ‘MDBPV1’ is disclosed, characterized unique sepal coloration of a creamy white to white background with very distinctive pink veins. Fertile flowers open white with purple coloration. The new variety is a Hydrangea, typically produced as an outdoor ornamental plant.
