Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of Hydrangea paniculata plant named ‘LC NO22’ is disclosed, characterized by sturdy stems on medium sized, compact plants. Plants are highly floriferous with globular panicles fully covering the plant. The sterile flowers have ornamental sepals that begin green-white, turn light pink and mature to dark pink. Foliage is distinctively healthy and strong. The new variety is a Hydrangea , typically produced as an outdoor ornamental plant.
