A new and distinct cultivar of Hydrangea plant named ‘Kolmavesu’, characterized by its upright and relatively compact plant habit; strong stems; freely flowering habit; and large upright conical inflorescences with white-colored sterile flowers that become red purple in color in mid-August in The Netherlands.
