A new cultivar of Hydrangea macrophylla plant named ‘Hortmavi’ that is characterized by its exhibits mophead inflorescences that are uniformly globular in shape and dark pink in color, its sturdy thick textured sterile flowers, its compact and uniform plant habit, and its suitability as a potted plant.
