A new cultivar of Hydrangea macrophylla plant named, ‘HORTMAGRECLO’, that is characterized by its inflorescences with a flattened globular shape, its floriferous bloom habit, its sterile flowers with sepals are green in color when mature and become darker green as they age, and its strong stems.
