Abstract

A new cultivar of Hydrangea macrophylla plant named, ‘HORTMACLEPA’, that is characterized by its inflorescences with sterile florets with sepals that are white in color with thin dark pink margins (picotee) that retain their picotee color until the antique/autumn phase, and have ruffled margins.
