A new cultivar of Hydrangea macrophylla plant named ‘Hokomarouge’ that is characterized by its good growing habit, its very floriferous plant habit, its densely branched plant habit, its inflorescences that mature from green to deep pink in color, and its suitability for use as a potted plant.
