A new cultivar of Hydrangea macrophylla plant named ‘Hokomamipe’ that is characterized by its very dark green-black foliage, its inflorescences with sterile flower sepals that are clear white in color with light pink margins when mature. its sterile flower sepals with moderately serrated margins, and its compact plant habit.
