A new cultivar of Hydrangea macrophylla plant named ‘Hokomagrito’ that is characterized by its mophead inflorescences that are large in size and flattened in shape, its inflorescences that are white and green in color, its suitability for use as a potted plant, and its foliage that is dark green in color.
