A new cultivar of Hydrangea macrophylla plant named ‘Hokomagrefip’ that is characterized by its mophead inflorescences with sterile sepals that are pink-red in color with markings of green, its sturdy sterile sepals, its abundant strong stems, and its dark green foliage.
