Abstract

A new cultivar of Hydrangea macrophylla plant named ‘Hokomabebos’ that is characterized by its large mophead inflorescences, its inflorescences with sterile sepals that are picotee (bicolor) with white centers and pink-red edges, its dark colored leaves, and its suitability for growing in containers.
