A new and distinct cultivar of Hydrangea plant named ‘H212907’, characterized by its upright and somewhat outwardly spreading plant habit; vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; strong and sturdy stems; freely and uniformly flowering habit; and mophead-type inflorescences with numerous white-colored sterile flowers with light green-colored margins and apices.
