Abstract

A new cultivar of Hydrangea paniculata named ‘Bokopiav’ that is characterized by its vigorous growth habit, its strong and healthy foliage that is maintained during flowering, its thick and strong branches, its ovate to conical shaped inflorescences, its inflorescences that consist of fertile and predominately sterile flowers, its sterile flowers with sepals that are green-white in color when opening, white in color at maturity that change to pink-purple in color, and its flowering that commences in mid-July.
