A new cultivar of Hydrangea macrophylla plant named ‘Bailmacnine’ that is characterized by its compact plant habit, its cold hardiness in USDA Zone 4, its early flowering, its strong remontant blooming habit with fast re-blooming on new growth, and its inflorescences that are classic pink or blue depending on growing conditions.
