A new cultivar of Hydrangea arborescens plant named ‘BAIadele’ that is characterized by its strong, stiff branches that are resistant to lodging, its compact and dense plant habit, its reblooming from midsummer through autumn, its mophead inflorescences with large sterile flowers that are dark pink in color, and its thick, dark green foliage.
