Abstract
This invention relates to a new and distinct variety of hybrid tea rose plant cv. Arotigy, identified by its clusters of bright yellow flowers, the petal edges of which are bordered with red.

I claim: 1. A new and distinct variety of hybrid tea rose plant cv. Arotigy, and the parts thereof, being particularly characterized by its bright yellow blossoms having a red border on the petal margins, the red border developing in the absence of strong sunlight; the light and spicy fragrance of its blossoms; and the clustering of its blooms, two to four flowers per stem, essentially as described and illustrated herein.
