A new and distinct cultivar of Hibiscus plant named ‘WALHIDELI’ is disclosed, characterized by large, purple-red to purple-pink flowers with a deep red “eye”. Plants are winter-hardy and have broadly upright habits. The new variety is a Hibiscus , typically produced as an ornamental plant.
