A new and distinct cultivar of Hibiscus plant named ‘Extrewhiteye’, characterized by its relatively compact, upright and somewhat outwardly spreading plant form; moderately vigorous growth habit; palmately-lobed leaves; large white-colored flowers with red purple-colored centers; and good flower longeity.
