Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of hibiscus plant named ‘DUP-RPL’, characterized by glossy, dark green leaves, upright growth, and large flowers having a large glossy red eye, with each petal having a conspicuous red-speckled region of white on the underlapping portion. The eye radiates into a zone of dull red which extends to the edge of the petal.
