Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of hibiscus plant named ‘DUP-RDBD’, characterized by compact growth, small foliage, and a large flat flower having a medium sized dark red eye which extends approximately 30-40 percent of petal length. The eye grades into a vermilion red zone having a velvet-like sheen which extends to the edge of the flower.
