Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of hibiscus plant named ‘DUP-MNLS’, characterized by glossy, dark green leaves, extremely upright, sturdy growth, and large flowers having a large dark red eye extending about 40 percent of the way into the petal, and edged in scarlet red, which is sharply margined against a medium pink zone which extends to the petal margin, which may be marked with suffusions of ivory and blush pink.
