A new and distinct cultivar of Hibiscus plant named ‘DUP-CRW’, characterized by glossy, dark green leaves, semi-upright habit appropriate for container production and culture, freely flowering habit, and very large flowers having an evenly distributed velvet red color of the upper surfaces of the petals.
